Licensing

OpenMevzuat source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0-only.

The maintainer may offer separate commercial licenses in the future.

Official legal texts are sourced from public official sources. OpenMevzuat does not claim authorship over official legal texts.

Commercial licensing

A hosted API, managed alerts, customer dashboards, AI workflows, and enterprise integrations may be developed separately and distributed under proprietary terms.

Contributor licensing

External contributions require agreement with the contributor license policy in the main repository.
